Lucky Star Market has a steady, symbiotic relationship with Back Alley Bikes, and this is another weekend when we’ll be mobile together for cycling fun!
This Sunday, June 24th: In conjunction with Back Alley Bikes and Triangle Off-Road Cyclists, Niner Bikes will be hosting a Niner Demo Day here in Chapel Hill from 9am-3pm! Meet up at the parking lot on Municipal Drive, near the Carolina North trails!
This event is free and open to all! AND: Lucky Star Market will be in attendance with free coffee, free cold drinks, and free snacks!
ALSO! We’ll be open regular Sunday hours at Lucky Star Market, where 100% of sales this Sunday go towards funding for our Send-A-Kid-To-Sea student! She’s a local student planning to spend her upcoming junior year of high school on a 3-masted tall ship, sailing the world with Class Afloat! She will be volunteering at the Niner Demo Day, but all tips here or there will go towards the goal of raising funds this weekend for her health/hazard insurance for this program!
